Shop Policies: Service


We founded Razursharp with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!


Any equipment left for more than 60 days after the date of completion will incur a fee of $2 per day. This incurred fee will be added to the overall price of your work order. 

Any equipment left for more than 180 days since the date of completion may be sold to cover the cost of the repair or disposed of. If no contact can be made to the customer within the 180 day period in order to get the equipment picked up and paid for it will be sold or disposed of. We do our best to ensure all equipment is picked up and no one has to lose their tools. The customer should be sure that they provide a valid phone number at the drop off of the equipment to avoid confusion. 


If your equipment is not worth fixing or is no longer viable we can dispose of that equipment for you. As a service and convenience to our customers  we will either part out or recycle your equipment at a scrap yard. The pricing of disposal varies for the size of the equipment. 

$20 for handheld equipment (i.e. chainsaws, blowers, string trimmers, etc. )

$35 for a solitary engine

$50 for lawnmowers or rototillers

$100 for a generator or riding mowers

We are always happy to take in any dead equipment with the purchase of a new unit from our showroom.
